Order FULFILLMENT
Please allow up to 7-14 business days after processing to receive your order. During peak season and sales, you can expect an extended wait time of up to 21 days to receive your package. Also, please make sure that at checkout an accurate shipping address is provided. We are not responsible for any issues or delays due to the lack of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you would like to have your address changed, please contact us directly as soon as possible to get the issue resolved.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number where you can track the progress of your shipment, as well as an estimated delivery date. Please allow up to 24-48 hrs to receive your updated tracking information.

The Perfect Touch Beauty Bar LLC offers various shipping options. you have the ability to have the items shipped directly to you, shipped directly to the salon (for preparation before your appointment), or you can select the store pickup option.
shipping costs
Shipping cost is calculated based on the shipping method selected, the destination of your package, and the weight and dimensions of your package. The shipping calculations will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.
Pickup option
We offer a pickup option for our customers that would like to get their items directly from the salon. At check out, please select the store pickup option. Once your order is ready, you will be notified via email or phone when you can pick up your order. upon arrival please make sure you have a valid identification and your order confirmation to receive your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
The Perfect Touch Beauty Bar LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once placed into the shipping facilities care. We pride ourselves in making sure our items are packaged safely and neatly to prevent any damages. If for any reason your shipping may be lost, stolen, or damaged please contact the shipping company directly. It is not required, but highly recommended to add shipping insurance to your package(s). If for any reason there is delays to your shipment please feel free to reach out to our customer support team as we will try to the best of our abilities to make sure your issues is quickly resolved.
